29.01.2010 // by Paddy AshdownWith public trust in Parliament at rock bottom, there is an urgent need for reforms that will redistribute power to voters by making MPs directly answerable to the people they are elected to serve and represent.
Currently an MP, it seems, can do whatever they like and there is nothing their constituents can do about it until the next election which could be five years away.
