What's the big idea?:
A proportionally elected House of Lords (or whatever name is decided upon) to complement a House of Commons chosen by local councils. With regional primaries to determine who goes on the list.
Why is this change important to you?:
Introduces direct democracy into Parliament for first time incorporating parties. Would hold executive to account more effectively.
