What's the big idea?:
Setup an independent body to oversee and put forward rules and laws governing the operation of Parliament.
Why this is change important to you?:
Parliament should not be able to vote on the laws and rules that govern the way they operate. This is an incredible contradiction of interest. The independent body should have the ability to call referendums on issues concerning the governing of Parliament.
