What's the big idea?:
Provide more incentive by law for people to engage and vote in general and local elections. Either by; a penalty for not taking part, or some kind of reward for getting out and voting. (obviously conditions would apply).
Why is this change important to you?:
This would create a government that is actually representative of the people it is responsible for and help empower people to feel responsible for their own lives.
